The Wyoming Highway Patrol reported that two individuals died in a two-vehicle collision in Fremont County on Wednesday, March 12.
According to reports, heavy snow on U.S. Route 26 contributed to the occurrence of the accident. Ruiz-Villa was driving east at an excessive speed, which caused him to lose control of his car. Ruiz-Villa’s passengers, 4-year-old Aylin Ruiz and 56-year-old Delores Ruiz, suffered from fatal injuries.
Police authorities are still investigating the incident. Their findings will be reviewed by the Fremont County Attorney’s Office once it is completed.
